Focus on Family serves as an ‘umbrella organisation’ in the fact that it oversees - either exclusively or in partnership with another organisation, association or community interest company - a variety of different projects.

Our staff and volunteers are truly energised by witnessing the transformative benefits of their work - recognising that what we do here is bigger than any individual. The opportunity to collaborate in service of those who need it the most fosters a real sense of unity and purpose that not only makes working here rewarding, but also warms the heart.
