Embrace Autumn with Our Wellness Sessions: Nurturing Parents’ Well-being (Some Well-Deserved Me Time)

Autumn Wellness Sessions at Focus on Family

As the air grows crisp and the leaves turn golden, crimson and amber - painting the landscape in a vibrant autumnal palette - it really is the perfect time to turn our attention inwards and focus on personal wellness.

We understand that parenting can be ‘all-consuming’, which is why we’ve crafted a series of workshops that are designed to give you that much needed ‘me time’.

Starting Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 join us for these free, refreshment-included sessions that will nourish your mind, body and spirit. Featuring:

Cookery

• Budget-friendly Winter Warmers

Learn to create hearty, comforting meals that won’t break the bank. We’ll guide you through some - easy to prepare - masterpieces, that are just as nutritious as they are mouth-watering — perfect for those chilly autumn evenings.

Christmas Crafting

• Natural Christmas Wreath Making

Get into the festive spirit early with this hands-on workshop. Using materials found in nature, you’ll create a stunning wreath to adorn your home - or gift to a loved one - all while enjoying the creative process (and relaxing).
