Everyone Welcome

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, or a complete beginner - these classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience. This inclusive approach means that you can feel comfortable joining us, no matter where you are on your yoga journey.

When:

Classes recommence this Wednesday - 14/01/2026 - and will recur weekly, every Wednesday from 17:45 - 19:00.

If you already have a mat, please bring it along. If you don’t - no worries - we have some spare. Please wear loose clothing!
